My home-care journey began in 2004 when I opened my agency in Northwest Indiana. From there I opened Welcome Home. A care home with six residents, most with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

I began Touch of Home Systems in 2020 with the tagline,

emphasizing the entrepreneur mindset.

By starting agencies and homes in states that include Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, and Texas, I recognized the similarities within home care ownership.
